What Information We Collect

Website

This website does not explicitly collect data. The server provided by our webhoster Uberspace will write access logs using a redacted IP address. To protect your privacy, we only log the first 16 bits of an IPv4 address and the first 32 bits of an IPv6 address, respectively, nulling the rest. These log files will be deleted after 7 days.

We do not use Cookies on our website.

Apps

The apps will collect the email address you provide in order to be able to use the service.

In order to process and deliver postcards, we will share the provided email address, uploaded photo, message as well as delivery address with our partner Kite.ly, who have their own privacy policy and terms of service when handling your data.

As this is a postcard service, we do not have the power to protect the data your put onto the post. Always make sure you have the consent of whoever you send the postcard to. Postcards are publicly visible items which will travel around the world using the standard postal system.

Payments are handles via Kite.ly who use the payment prividers Stripe and PayPal. We do not have access or retain any information apart from a payment reference id which will not allow us to access any personal data.
